Terms & Conditions

Bali Garment Manufacturer

1. Sampling & Prototyping

  • Sample lead time: 2–6 weeks, depending on waiting list, design complexity, and the quantity of samples required.
  • Minimum Sample Cost: Starts from IDR 1,000,000 based on design complexity (excludes fabrics and accessories). Get 50% cashback on your sample fee when you place your first production order (minimum 50 pcs per style).
  • Free Sample Offer: Enjoy 1 free sample development for orders of 500 pcs per style (mix colors allowed). Terms & conditions apply.

Claim a 50% Sample Cashback

  • The 50% Sample Cashback applies if the bulk production order meets the minimum of 50 pcs per design.
  • The cashback will be deducted from the Bulk Production Deposit Invoice.
  • The cashback claim is applicable within 2 months of the sample approval date.

Claim a 100% Sample Cashback (SPECIAL OFFER !!!)

  • The 100% Sample Cashback applies if the bulk production order meets the minimum of 500 pcs per design.
  • The cashback will be deducted from the Bulk Production Deposit Invoice.
  • The cashback claim is applicable within 2 months of the sample approval date.

Pattern

  • All patterns developed by Bali Garment Manufacturer remain the exclusive property of the company and cannot be requested, purchased, or transferred in any form, including both physical patterns and digital pattern files.
  • Patterns developed specifically for exclusive collections will be used only for the customer production and will not be shared or used for other customers. (However, it still can not be requested, purchased, or transferred in any form, including both physical patterns and digital pattern files, by the customer themselves or any other party)
  • Bali Garment Manufacturer retains ownership of our internal technical methods, pattern-making expertise, and manufacturing know-how.
  • Customer retains ownership of all original designs, concepts, and creative intellectual property.

Revisions & Approval

  • Customers must review and approve samples (fit, accessories, sizing, construction) before bulk production begins.
  • Any changes made after sample approval may affect the pricing and production timeline.

2. 3D Visualization (Clo3D)

  • Extra 3D Visualization: IDR 200,000
  • Free Revisions: Up to 3 revision rounds are free as long as the design remains unchanged.
  • Design Changes: Any change to the design will be treated and billed as a new sample.
  • Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond 3 rounds (for the same design) will incur an additional fee of 50% of the original sample price per revision.

3. Material & Hardware Sourcing

Bali Garment Manufacturer can assist the customer with :

  • Material sourcing : including fabrics sourcing, printing, dyeing, and embroidery service, upon request, from both local and international suppliers / vendors
  • Hardware sourcing : including labelling, hang tags, packaging and accessories sourcing from both local and International suppliers / vendors

4. Production

  • Minimum order: 50 pcs per design. For 50 pcs: maximum 4 sizes and 3 colors per design. For 100 pcs and above: no size or color limitations.
  • Upfront Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total order value is required to confirm your order and start production
  • Production Lead Time: The standard production process (Cut, Sew, Pack) takes 4 - 6 weeks. Additional time may be required for special requests such as custom fabrics, custom accessories, special printing, or other specific requirements, which will be discussed and agreed upon additional Leadtime accordingly.
  • Remaining Balance: Invoiced based on your shipment schedule.
  • Partial Shipments: Total payments must match the percentage of goods being shipped before release. Example: If you paid a 50% deposit and 75% of your order is ready, an additional 25% payment is required so total payment equals 75% before shipment.
  • Full Shipments: The entire balance must be fully paid prior to dispatch.
  • Goods Release: Products will only be released and shipped once payment is received and confirmed.
  • Bulk production pricing provided before final samples are approved is estimates.
  • Final production pricing will be given once the sample is approved (pricing is based on design complexity, fabric type, and required accessories).
  • The more products you order, the cheaper the price will be.

5. Quality Control

All garments undergo a rigorous multi-stage Quality Control (QC) process to ensure high standards quality:

  • Material Inspection : Fabrics and accessories checking before the production process begins
  • Cut Panel Inspection : All cut panels will be fully checked after the cutting process
  • In-Line Inspection : Stitching, construction, appearance and measurement checking during the production process.
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection : Ensuring products are clean, ironed, and defect-free before packing, including the finishing, trimming and labelling checking against the approved sample.

6. Shipping & Logistics

  • Bali Garment Manufacturer works with reliable international couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS and Cargo, offering the best price for customers.
  • Shipping can be arranged via air or sea, depending on customer requirements.
  • Shipping costs are determined based on weight, volume, and destination.

7. Import

Bali Garment has KITE IKM facilities from the Indonesian government for importing fabrics intended for export.

Importing fabrics through the KITE IKM program provides several benefits:

  • Exempt from 11% VAT
  • Exempt from 11–20% Import Duty/Customs, depending on the type of fabric imported
  • Only subject to 2.5% Income Tax (PPh)
  • This facility only applies to fabrics imported for the purpose of exporting finished garments through Bali Garment Manufacturer.

8. Export

  • Bali Garment Manufacturer can handle export documents such as PEB (Export Declaration) and COO (Certificate of Origin) for destination countries: Europe, Australia, America, and other countries.
  • Using a COO may help reduce or exempt taxes according to the regulations of the destination country, but this depends on each country’s rules and agreements. Customers are advised to confirm with their local authorities.
  • COO preparation fee: IDR 600,000 per document.
  • The export process facilitates legal shipping of garments to the destination country.
