Term & Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity
  • Minimum Order Quantity is 50 pieces per style.
  • Sizes: For orders of 50 pieces, a maximum of 4 sizes per design is allowed (XS, S, M, L, XL). However, for orders of more than 100 pieces, there is no size limitation (XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL).
  • Colors: For orders of 50 pieces, a maximum of 3 colors per design is allowed. However, for orders of more than 100 pieces, there is no color limitation.
  • Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin production.

Prototype and Sampling
  • Sample Pricing: Starts at USD 35 per design.
  • Sample Price Breakdown:

    • 1. Pattern: USD 17.50

    2. 3D Design: USD 5.00

    3. Sample Sewing Cost: USD 17.50

  • Excludes: Fabric & Accessories costs (Fabric & Accessories prices depend on the type and quality required).
  • Optional:

    • 1. Fabrics, Accessories & Other Requirements can be supplied by the customer.

    2. Fabrics, Accessories & Other Requirements can be provided by Bali Garment Tailor.

  • Sample Pricing Example:

    • 1. Bikini Top Style: USD 35

    2. Bikini Bottom Style: USD 35

    3. One-Piece Style: USD 45

  • Cost Estimate:

    • 1. Bali Garment Tailor will provide a production cost estimate for each design before proceeding to bulk production.

    2. The production cost is determined based on the design’s complexity, accessories, and fabric used.

    3. The final cost per design will be confirmed once the final sample is approved by the client.

    4. The more products you order, the cheaper the price will be.

  • The Quality Control team thoroughly checks the quality to ensure that each product meets high-quality standards before further processing, and the garments are carefully packaged and ready for shipment.

Once the initial prototype is completed, please review it to ensure the stitching techniques, accessories used, sizes, other details, and comfort when worn are satisfactory.

If you have suggestions or identify areas for improvement after the first sample is completed, please discuss them before moving on to the second prototype. This collaboration is essential to ensure you get the best quality.

Second Sample : No additional charge is associated with making the second prototype.

Third Sample : If there are changes to the design, sizes, accessories, fabric, etc., the cost will start at 50% of the first sample price. The additional cost for the third sample will depend on the complexity of the required changes.

Note : A cashback of USD 15 per design will be provided for any order of at least 100 pieces per design.

    Send Your Design

    Send your design/style via email, direct message, or WhatsApp, and we will customize your design according to your needs.

    Sample & Prototype

    Sample and prototype development will begin after the deposit payment is made.

    Sample Approval

    Once the customer receives the sample, they have the opportunity to review its fit and provide comments or specific requests if changes are needed. We offer one free revision to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

    Production

    Once the final sample is approved, production will start after a 50% deposit payment. We will maintain clear communication throughout the production process, keeping customers informed of progress and ready to address any questions or concerns that may arise.

    Packaging

    After all orders are completed and packaged, the customer must settle the remaining production and shipping costs.

  • Shipping
    • Shipping costs are not included in the production cost.
    • Shipping costs are determined based on the product weight.
    • Once the shipping costs are fully paid, the products will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Cargo. A tracking number will be provided.
  • Warranty Claims
    • Ensure that the items you receive match your order.
    • Warranty claims will only be accepted if the customer provides an unboxing video/photo showing the product/sample with a clear reason for the return. The warranty claim must be submitted within 10 days from the date the customer received the product/sample.
