Term & Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity
  • Minimum Order Quantity: 50 pieces per style.
  • Size: Mix sizes are allowed.
  • Color: For orders consisting of 50 pieces, a maximum of 3 colors per style is allowed. However, for orders exceeding 50 pieces, there is no color limit.
  • Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% is required to start production.

Prototype and Sampling
  • Sample Prices start from IDR 450.000 per style.
  • Sample Prices include: Pattern IDR 200.000, 3D Design IDR 50.000, Sample Sewing Cost IDR 200.000.
  • Excluded: Fabric & Accessories. (Fabric & Accessories prices depend on the type of material and quality required).
  • Example:
    Bikini Top Style = IDR 450.000
    Bikini Bottom Style = IDR 450.000
    One Piece Style = IDR 500.000
    *Note: Cashback of IDR 200.000 for sample sewing cost per style (If the minimum order is 100++ pieces per style).
  • After the first prototype are completed, please try or inspect it to ensure the quality of detailed sewing techniques, accessories, size, and comfort when worn.
  • If you have any suggestions or identify areas for improvement following the creation of the first sample, please discuss them before progressing to the second prototype to ensure the highest quality.
    Note for the second sample: Creating the second prototype does not incur additional costs.
  • For the third prototype, if there are changes to the design, size, accessories, or material, fees will be charged starting from 50% of the price of the first sample.
    Note for the third sample: The additional cost of the third sample depends on the level of difficulty to be addressed.

Estimated Price
  • Bali Garment Tailor will provide an estimate production cost for each design to the customer before proceeding to the production process.
  • Production costs are determined based on the complexity of the design, materials, and required accessories.
  • The final cost per style will be confirm once the final sample is approved.
  • The more quantity of orders produced, the better price you will receive.

Submit Your Design Brief

Send your design/style via email, direct message, or WhatsApp, and we will customize your design accordingly.

Sample & Prototype

Sampling and prototype development will commence after the deposit payment is made.

Approval Sample

After the customer receives the sample, they have the opportunity to check its suitability and provide comments or specific requests if there are any changes needed. We offer one free revision to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Production

Once the final sample is approved, production will commence after a 50% deposit payment. We will maintain clear communication throughout the production process, keeping the customer informed about progress and being ready to address any questions or issues.

Packing

After all orders are completed and packed, customers are required to make the remaining payment plus the shipping cost.

Shipping
  1. Shipping costs are not included in the production cost.
  2. Shipping is determined by the weight of the products.
  3. Once the shipping is fully paid, the products will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or Cargo. We will provide a shipment tracking number.
Step & Guarantees Ensure
  1. That the items you receive are exactly as per your order.
  2. Warranty claims can only be accepted if the products/samples sent and received by the customer are within a maximum of 2 weeks from the date the customer receives the products/samples.
